UX Glossary

 What is User Interface (UI),User experience (UX) and Customer experience (CX) User Interface (UI) focus on aesthetics and make the visual fit to the customer expected. User experience (UX) focuses on having a deep understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations. Customer experience (CX) is a totality of cognitive, affective, sensory, and behavioral consumer responses during all stages of the consumption process including pre-purchase, consumption, and post-purchase stages. Example - 

 User Experience - The overall experience of a person using a product, Such as what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their limitations to using a product. It also take care about business goals and objectives of managing the product like improving the quality of the user’s interaction with and perceptions of your product and any related services. Example :- using a product such as a website or computer application, especially in terms of how easy or pleasing it is to use.
